By now, you've probably heard that we are updating our branding (if not, surprise!). This is so exciting for us because we are now able to show you who we are through what our brand looks like. Our old logo was quickly designed by owner EJ Wood 5 years ago, and he's always planned for an update, which is happening NOW.
This update marks the end of our annual donation to the National Parks. We have been donating 3% of our profits to them since our conception 6 years ago, but with growth and new knowledge we are recognizing that we can better meet the needs of those in our community if we focus our donations locally. This means that we can make a direct impact instead of our small amount funding who-knows-what nationally. We don't have a singular cause, but our values align with BLM groups, LGBTQIA+ rights and housing, and housing justice.
With all of that in mind, we are changing the names of a few candles to better reflect the direction that we are heading, plus these names will make picking out candles based on scent note MUCH more straightforward. You'll see what I mean.
