It's a gross understatement to say that 2022 has been hard. Untamed Supply has been in business since 2015, and 2022 has been the trickiest year yet- even worse than 2020 when we had to use tins for our candles!
We've made the tough decision to close down our Liberty storefront, effective immediately. Of course, we had no idea it would happen this quickly, but a lot of things fell into place and we are so genuinely excited to share our next steps with you.
Starting today.. like NOW, you can find our entire inventory at West Bottoms Plant Co. (fka KC Tiny Greenhouse). This location will give a huge amount of our customers easier access to our products, and we adore Tristan and Austin and are so excited that this will also help support their business!
This decision, although fast, was not made lightly. We have felt for a long time like we were only able to provide the bare minimum in terms of customer service, shopping hours, availability to contact us, etc. This is not how we want to conduct business, and luckily, the WBPC boys were more than happy to step in and offer us a space in their space. This will allow us to put more energy into making sure you are taken care of. Luckily, Austin and Tristan share our values and are truly the warmest folks!
What this means for you:
- if you have an order your still need to pick up, it will be at WBPC. If this is too out of the way for you we are happy to arrange a delivery or ship your order.
- if you want to place a pick up order, please give us a little time to adjust our system! Thankfully their hours are much more robust than ours, which brings me to..
- where is West Bottoms Plant Co. located? Directly next to Fetch at 1101 Mulberry Street in the West bottoms. Their hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 10-6 and Sunday from 12-4.
If you have further questions, we will be answering them via our instagram stories for the next few days! This will not effect online orders at all.
Last but not least, THANK YOU for supporting us in Liberty. We know so many of you made the long trek up and so many of you from Liberty made us feel welcome there. We will miss our community and hope to see you in the future!
